Brave Idea Development and Constructland Group Sign Partnership Agreement for Aranya Homes

We’re proud to announce that Brave Idea Development and Constructland Group have signed the partnership agreement for Aranya Homes, a new residential development coming to Uluwatu, Bali.

Veljo Kuusk and Kristjan Ploompuu put pen to paper on Sept, 18th 2026, with the project timeline, cost schedule, and delivery programme spread across the table alongside the contract itself because a signing like this isn’t just a handshake, it’s the moment a plan becomes a commitment.

Aranya Homes will offer a residence that combines effortless accessibility with authentic natural tranquility, thoughtfully designed to offer modern comfort, privacy, and a seamless connection with its surroundings to Uluwatu, with groundbreaking targeted for around the end of 2027 and handover on the beginning of 2028.

Keep an eye out for more updates regarding the process on our website and socials.
